627例放疗科消化道肿瘤患者营养风险筛查分析

目的：调查山东省肿瘤医院消化道肿瘤（食管癌、胃癌、结直肠癌、肝癌、胆管癌、胰腺癌）放疗患者营养风险发生率，探讨营养风险筛查结果与肿瘤相关因素的关系。方法对2012年1月至2012年6月山东省肿瘤医院放疗科627例消化道肿瘤放疗患者用改良版N RS2002进行营养风险筛查，比较肿瘤的原发部位和临床分期对营养风险的影响，研究营养风险筛查和客观营养指标之间的关系。结果肿瘤的发生部位和临床分期对营养风险评估具有显著的统计学意义（P＜0.05），营养风险评估结果与营养指标中的体重减轻呈明显的负相关（ P＜0.01）。结论 N RS2002筛查表能正确反映消化道肿瘤患者营养功能状态，对于后续放疗中的营养支持治疗有指导意义。

Nutritional risk screen and investigation on gastrointestinal cancer patients treated with radiotherapy

Objective To investigate the application of nutrition risk screening 2002(NRS2002)tool in gastrointestinal tumor patients (esophageal cancer ,gastric cancer ,colorectal cancer ,liver cancer ,bile duct cancer ,pancreatic cancer) ,and to study the relationship between nutrition risk scores and tumor relative factors .Methods The nutrition risks in 627 tumor patients were investigated by nutrition risk screening tool 2002(NRS2002) ,and the influence of different occurrence sites and clinical tumor type on nutrition risks were compared .The relationships between NRS2002 scores and nutrition indicators were studied .Results In 627 cases ,malnutrition risk occurrence rates were 20% .Nutrition risk screening scores were obviously changed by occur‐rence sites and clinical types of tumor(P<0.05) ,there was negative correlation between NRS2002 score and BMI(P<0.01) . Conclusion NRS2002 can reflect nutrition condition of gastrointestinal tumor patients ,which is a guidance for the nutritional support following the radiotherapy .
