| 馥感啉口服液的药效作用的实验研究 |

| 摘 要： | 采用灌胃测肛温法、小鼠浓氨水喷雾法、酚红排泌量法、冰冻耐寒法、耳廓肿胀法、豚鼠蛋清致喘法、体外抗菌的平皿二倍稀释法等观察馥感啉口服液的解热、镇咳、祛痰、平喘、耐寒、抗炎作用.结果表明:本品能对发热家兔有明显的解热作用(P<0.01);能明显延长氨雾诱发小鼠咳嗽反应潜伏期(P<0.05),明显减少咳嗽次数(P<0.01);能明显增加小鼠呼吸道酚红排泌量(P<0.05);明显延长鸡蛋清引起的豚鼠过敏性哮喘潜伏期(P<0.05);明显提高小鼠耐寒能力,提高存活率(P<0.05);并能明显抑制巴豆油所致小鼠耳廓肿胀(P<0.05);对金黄色葡萄球菌等上呼吸道感染常见的致病菌具有不同程度的抑制作用.结论:馥感啉口服液具有解热、镇咳、祛痰、平喘、耐寒、抗炎及抑菌作用.

| Abstract: | The effects of Fuganlin oral liquid were studied in this paper.The results showed that This product possessed obviously the anti_fever effect on the rabbits, prolonged significantly the latency and reduced the episodes for cough induced by ammonia,increased the phenol red excretion in respiratory tract, prolonged the latency of asthma induced by egg white,enhanced cold resistance of mice with higher survival rate,reduced the auricle swelling caused by croton oil,and had different level of inhibition effect on 10 bacteria that caused disease,such as staphylococcus aureus. |
