| 摘 要： | 以重庆野生牛奶子果实和叶为实验材料,用3,5-二硝基水杨酸法和Folin—酚法初步测定了果实和叶中总糖、还原糖和蛋白质的含量。研究表明:牛奶子果中还原糖、总糖和蛋白质质量百分含量分别为2.047%,8.841%和1.541%;牛奶子叶中还原糖、总糖和蛋白质标准质量百分含量分别为1.059%,5.248%和3.617%。方差分析的结果表明果与叶中还原糖、总糖和蛋白质的含量均达极显著差异。研究了重庆本地的牛奶子果与叶中蛋白质和糖的含量差异,为重庆野生牛奶子的研究提供了理论依据。
