电生物反应器降解含Cr6+和Zn2+的高浓度苯酚废水

摘    要:经驯化得到能适应含Cr^6+和Zn^2+离子的高浓度苯酚废水的功能菌,将其在电生物反应器内挂膜并进行废水处理。研究发现,该生物膜对苯酚的降解能力受电场条件的影响显著。与无外加电场情况相比,在最佳电场条件3.0V,17.7V/m和1.98A/m^2下,1200mg/L苯酚降解效率提高了113%。电场条件变化对Cr^6+的去除效果几乎没有影响,但对Zn^2+的去除影响显著。实验结果表明:IOL废水中的苯酚(2400mg/L)经65h即可完全降解,而Cr^6+和Zn^2+(50mg/L及125mg/L)经12h处理后,去除率分别达到99%和67%;与之相比,相同实验条件下处理不含重金属离子的苯酚废水仅需57h。

Abstract:The functional microorganisms being adaptive high concentration phenol wastewater and containing Cr6+ and Zn2+ were cultured to form biofilm on polypropylene packings in a electro biological reactor.It is found that the ability of the biofilm to degrade phenol was affected obviously by the conditions of electric field.Under the optimal electric field condition of 3.0 V,17.7 V/m and 1.98 A/m2,phenol biodegradation efficiency was increased by 113% at 1200 mg/L concentration compared with the instance without electric field.Voltage changing had hardly effect on Cr6+ elimination while strong influence on Zn2+ treating.The experimental results indicated that,after treatment,phenol(2400 mg/L in 10 litres wastewater) was biodegraded completely within 65h,while removal rate of Cr6+ and Zn2+(50 mg/L and 125 mg/L) reached to 99% and 67% respectively after 12h.In comparison with this,phenol in the same sample without heavy metal ions could be removed only within 57h.
