大鼠脊髓内水通道蛋白-4(AQP-4)分布规律的研究

摘    要:目的:通过研究大鼠脊髓水通道蛋白-4(AQP-4)的分布规律,探讨脊髓内水转运的分子生物学机制。方法:通过免疫组织化学方法标记AQP-4在大鼠脊髓内的表达,图象分析系统测定阳性区域的平均吸光度,对不同区域的AQP-4表达作统计学分析。结果:软脊膜、中央管周围、灰质血管周围AQP-4表达较中央灰质、白质有显著增多;中央灰质AQP-4表达较白质显著增多,软脊膜、中央管、灰质血管周围之间比较无统计学差异。结论:大鼠脊髓内AQP-4呈极性分布,主要集中在与水转运关系密切的部位,是脊髓内水转运重要的的分子生物学解剖基础。

Abstract:Objective:Through studying the changing of AQP-4 expression of injured section of spinal cord,the mechanism of molecular biology of water transportion is to be probed into.Methods:Using the method of immunohistochemistry to Label the expression of AQP-4 in spinal cord of rats and using image analysis system to estimate average degree of spectrum absorption of male area,And analysing.Results: The expression of AQP-4 is significant more in spinal pia mater and around of Spinal cord central canal and around of Gray Matter blood vessel than central of Gray Matter and white matter.It is no difference in spinal pia mater and around of Spinal cord central canal and around of Gray Matter blood vessel.Conclusions: It is of polarity distribution of AQP-4 in spinal cord in rats,And AQP-4 Concentrate in such spot of close relation with water transportion.Such is molecular biology Dissection of water transportion.
