纤维支气管镜引导下气管插管支气管造影96例临床分析

目的：探讨纤维支气管镜引导下气管插管，使用欧乃派克加磺胺嘧啶粉作造影剂，行支气管造影的临床效果。方法：对96例疑诊为支气管扩张的患者采用该方法行支气管造影检查。结果：所有患者在5-8min内完成纤支镜检查及气管插管操作。造影片示支气管乃至细小支气管都显影良好。结论：该插管方法和造影剂的改良具有插管时患者痛苦少，成功率高，适应证更广，显影图像清晰等优点，值得推广应用。

CLINICAL ANALYSIS ON 96 CASES OF TRACHEAL INTUBATION LED BY BRONCHOFIBEROSCOPE UNDERGOING BRONCHOGRAPHY

Objective:To evaluate the clinical effect of tracheal intubation led by bronchofiberoscope and bronchography using the contrast agent mixing ominpaque with sulfadaiazine.Methods:Ninty-six cases in whom bronchiectasis was suspected underwent tracheal intubation led by bronchofiberoscope and bronchography using above agent. Results: All patients' performances of bronchofiberoscopy and tracheal intubation were complished at the same time within five to eight minutes. The bronchogram showed that all bronchus and bronchiole imagings were optimal.Conclusions:The application of improved tracheal intubation and contrast agent can enhance the success rate of intubation, enlarge the indication and has less pain to patients, while the imagine is satisfactory, so we recommend that the method be worth spreading.
