螺旋CT多平面重建在寰枢椎损伤中的应用

摘    要:目的 探讨螺旋CT多平面重建(MPR)在寰枢椎外伤诊断中的作用,提高对寰枢椎损伤的诊断率。方法 对36例寰枢椎损伤病人进行螺旋CT薄层扫描和MPR重建,采用GE Prospeed Ai型螺旋CT机,层厚2mm一3mm,螺距1.0。结果 寰椎骨折3例,寰枢椎脱位6例,枢椎骨折伴寰枢椎脱位22例,寰枢椎骨折伴脱位5例。轴位图像显示83%,MPR图像显示97.22%。结论 螺旋CT扫描MPR重建是诊断寰枢椎损伤的好方法,有助于临床制定治疗方案.

Abstract:Objective To explore the application of spiral CT multiplanar reformation in the atlanto-axial articulations trauma,to improve the diagonis of atlanto-axial tranma. Methods 36 patients with atlanto-axial articulations trauma were underwent thin slice spiral scanning and multiplanar reconstruction(MPR)with spiral CT (GE prospeed AI),Using thickness of 2mm-3mm and spiral pitch of 1.0. Results Among 36 cases,there were the atlanto-axial fractures (3 cases),the atlanto-axial articulations dislocations (6 cases),atlanto-axial articulations dislocations accompanied by articulations fractures (22 cases),atlanto-axial articulations dislocations with fractures (5 cases), axial images were 83%,MPR images displaying rate were 97.22%. Conclusion Spiral CT MPR is the better method in the diagnosis of atlanto-axial articulations trauma.
