水稻籼粳亚种间育种系谱的ISSR标记和聚类分析

摘    要:采用ISSR标记分析了来源于福建省三明市农科所历时18年、4个选育阶段、涉及25个亲本和36个育成品系构建的水稻籼粳亚种间育种系谱的遗传多样性,并对结果进行聚类分析.结果表明ISSR标记可明显区分54个水稻籼粳亚种间育种系谱材料.基于ISSR标记数据的聚类结果,以遗传相似系数0.58为阀值,将该育种系谱材料划分成4个类群.

Abstract:This study uses ISSR markers to analyze genetic diversity of rice breeding genealogy between Indica and Japonice subspecies,provided by San Ming Agricultural Science Institution experiencing 18 years and 4-selected phases,which contained 25 parents and 36 cultivated lines.And then cluster analysis is used to analyze the results.The results indicate the ISSR markers can obviously differentiate 54 breeding genealogy materials of Indica and Japonice subspecies.According to the ISSR markers' data,with genetic s...
