膜乳化法制备乳化柴油的研究

摘    要:以去离子水和柴油为主要原料,利用疏水陶瓷膜制备了乳化柴油,考察了各因素对乳化柴油稳定性的影响。结果表明,在含水量为10%的情况下,乳化时间随乳化剂用量的增加而增加,随着温度的升高而降低,当乳化剂用量为2%、乳化温度为30℃时,柴油的稳定性最好;在配方一定时,乙醇用量、乳化时间和乳化压力都有最佳值,在单因素条件实验下,最佳值分别为0.8%、40min和0.1MPa。

Abstract:Emulsified diesel oil was prepared by membrane emulsification using de - ionized water and diesel oil as raw materials. The effects of several factors on the stability of emulsified diesel oil was discussed. The results showed that emulsification time increased with emulsifier dosage improving but decreased with the temperature rising when the content of water was 10%. Emulsified diesel oil prepared at 2% of emulsifier dosage and 30℃ was more stable. In condition of single factor conditional experiments, the optimum parameter of ethanol dosage, emulsification time and emulsification pressure was 0.8 %, 40rain and 0.1MPa respectively at each formula.
