辨证论治荨麻疹经验

目的:总结周宝宽主任医师辨治荨麻疹经验。方法:以医案形式阐述荨麻疹的病因病机、证型、治法、方药。结果:荨麻疹的病因病机复杂,主要为禀赋不耐,卫表不固,风寒束表,风热犯表;胃肠湿热,复感风邪;病程日久,血虚风燥;肝肾不足,冲任不调。治疗原则为:疏风散寒,疏风清热,通腑利湿泻热,养血润燥,滋补肝肾。自拟疏风散寒汤,疏风清热汤,疏风通腑汤,祛风养血汤等。结论:辨证论治荨麻疹疗效显著。

Syndrome Differentiation and Treatment Experience of Cnidosis

Objective:To summarize syndrome differentiation and treatment experience of cnidosis in clinic.Methods:Discuss etiopathogenisis,pathogenesis,pattern of syndrome,method of treatment,formulas and medicinals based on medical records.Results:Etiopathogenisis and pathogenesis were complicated,causes of cnidosis include natural endowment weakness,defense-exterior insecurity,wind-cold fettering the exterior,wind-heat invading the exterior,gastrointestinal dampness-heat,disease secondly induced by wind evil;long course of disease,blood deficiency and wind dryness;liver and kidney insufficient,disharmony of the thoroughfare and conception vessels.Treatment principles of cnidosis are expelling wind and cold,expelling wind and heat,clearing heat and drainning dampness and dredging Fu,moistening dryness by nourishing blood,nourishing liver and kidney.Formulas for cnidosis are modified decoction of expelling wind and cold,modified decoction of expelling wind and heat,modified decoction of clearing heat and drainning dampness and dredging Fu,modified decoction of moistening dryness by nourishing blood,modified decoction of nourishing liver and kidney.Conclusions:Syndrome differentiation and treatment show a better therapeutic effect on cnidosis.
