摘    要:研究了一种聚醚改性硅氧烷磷酸酯的表面张力、临界胶束浓度、润湿渗透性、起泡力和乳化力等表面性能,探讨了其对皮革进行加脂的加脂效果、皮革的厚度变化以及抗张强度、撕裂强度、伸长率等物理力学性能。结果表明,此聚醚改性硅氧烷磷酸酯的表面性能符合加脂剂的使用要求,用其处理后的皮革在弹性、柔软度、润滑感和丝光感方面表现良好,而抗张强度、断裂伸长率和规定负荷伸长率均优于传统加脂剂L-3,综合加脂效果良好。

Abstract:The interfacial performances,such as surface tension,critical micelle concentration,wetting permeability,foaming capacity and emulsifying power of one self-made polyether-modified polysiloxane phosphate were investigated.The polyether-modified polysiloxane phosphate was used as fat liquor in leather processing.The resultant leather’s sensory effects and its physical-mechanical properties,such as thickness,tensile strength,tear strength,elongation were also discussed.The results showed that the interfacial performances of polyether-modified polysiloxane phosphate could satisfy the requirements of fatliquor in leather industry.The resultant leather has good properties of elasticity,flexibility,lubrication and silky gloss,and has better tensile strength,breaking elongation and constant load elongation than that treated with traditional fatliquor L-3.
