中医药治疗无排卵性不孕症临床疗效Meta分析

目的:运用循证医学的方法对中医药治疗无排卵性不孕症的疗效进行系统评价。方法:检索并查阅1999年1月——2009年1月期间以无排卵性不孕患者为研究对象,设有中医治疗组的临床研究文献,采用Cochrane系统评价方法,选取符合标准的临床研究文献资料,进行Meta统计分析。结果:入选文献共4篇,总病例数448例。Meta分析结果显示中医药能显著治疗无排卵性不孕症,提高妊娠率;倒漏斗图显示不对称,可能与发表偏倚及临床试验设计有关。结论:中医药治疗无排卵性不孕症是一种有效的方法,但临床随机对照试验的方法学质量较低,存在潜在的发表偏倚。

Meta-analysis on Traditional Chinese Medicine Treating Anovulatory Infertility

Objective:To apply evidence-based medicine in effect evaluation system of traditional Chinese medicine treating anovulatory infertility.Methods:The related literatature concerning anovulatory infertility between 1999 January to 2009 January was retrieved,with Chinese medicine treatment group clinical research.Use the Cochrane system valuation method,the selection of standard clinical research data and Meta statistical analysis.Results:There were 4 selected literature,the total number of cases was 448.The results of the analysis of Meta showed that Chinese medicine can significantly treating anovulatory infertility by inncreasing pregnancy rate.Asymmetry showed in inverted funnel plot,which was probably related to the publication bias and the design of clinical experiment.Conclusion:Chinese medicine is a kind of effective approach in the treatment of anovulatory infertility.However,the methods of RCTs are in a low quality and there are latent bias.
