不同产地蒺藜品质比较研究

摘    要:目的:建立蒺藜果中总皂苷含量的测定方法,比较不同产地蒺藜品质差异。方法:以薯蓣皂苷元为对照品,采用紫外可见分光光度法测定蒺藜果中总皂苷的含量。结果:薯蓣皂苷元在0.00752~0.1504μg线性关系良好,回归方程:y=4.0439x+0.1232,R2=0.9912,平均回收率为98.70%,RSD=2.8%。结论:不同产地蒺藜品质存在差异,河南产的蒺藜品质最佳。

Abstract:Objective:To establish the determination method of total saponins in Tribulus terrestris,then compare the quality differences among Tribulus terrestris from different areas.Methods:Diosgenin as reference,using UV-visible spectrophotometry to determine total saponins in Tribulus terrestris fruit.Results:Diosgenin has good linear relationship in 0.00752~0.1504μg,the regression equation:y=4.0439x +0.1232,R2=0.9912,average recovery was 98.70%,RSD= 2.8%.Conclusion:There are quality differences among different areas of Tribulus terrestris,the best quality from Henan.
