摘    要:讨论了炉内喷钙脱硫工况条件下SO2和NOX排放的影响因素。实验表明,SO2和NOX排放与炉内温度、Ca/S、脱硫剂细度、煤种、过剩空气系数等有密切关系,另外还分析了不同煤种在不同钙硫比下对结渣、粘污、灰负荷、飞灰含碳量、比电阻等的影响。图6表6参6

Experimental Study of the Effects of Calcium Spraying for Desulfurizing in Furnaces
Abstract:The factors that influence the formation of SO 2 and NO x in furnaces,with calcium sprays used for desulfurization,are being discussed.Experiments show that the amount of SO 2 and NO 4 emanation depends intimately on the furnace temperature,Ca/S ratio,particle fineness of the desulfurizing agent,coal category,excess air factor etc.In addition,it was studied,how different kinds coal influence slagging,sticking and ash forming propertics as well as the carbon content in the fly ash and its electric resistivity under various calcium to sulfur ratios.
