| 摘 要： | 背景 ]急性坏死性胰腺炎并发急性大面积脑梗死较罕见 ,临床上可导致严重的不可逆的后果 .病例报告 ]病人持续性中上腹部疼痛 1d ,伴有腹胀 ,右侧肢体无力而入院 .经各种检查后诊断为急性坏死性胰腺炎并发左侧大脑半球急性脑梗死 .讨论 ]对急性坏死性胰腺炎患者而言 ,早期预防和纠正休克是防治急性脑梗死的关键 .

| Abstract: | BACKGROUNDAcute necrotic pancreatitis co mp licated with cerebral infarction of left cerebral hemisphere is a rare complicat ion and could result in severe irreversible sequel in clinic.CASE REPO RTThe patient had continued pain on the middle abdominal region wi th a bdominal distension and extremity asthenia one day and was diagnosed as acute ne crotic pancreatitis complicated with acute left cerebral hemisphere infarction. DISCUSSIONTo prevent and correct the shock of the patients with acute necrotic pancreatitis is the crux of preventing the acute cerebral he misphere infarction in clinic. |
