桂枝茯苓胶囊联合米非司酮治疗子宫肌瘤68例临床观察

目的:探索桂枝茯苓胶囊联合米非司酮治疗子宫肌瘤临床疗效。方法:子宫肌瘤患者68例进行随机分为对照组与观察组,每组各34例。观察组患者采用桂枝茯苓胶囊联合米非司酮片,对照组患者单纯服用米非司酮片治疗,月经来潮时停服,3个月后观察闭经、月经恢复情况,观察患者子宫肌瘤体积大小情况。结果:经治疗后两组患者子宫肌瘤均小于治疗前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗3个月后,观察组患者肌瘤体积缩小值明显大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后观察组患者肌瘤体积的平均值(11.3+4.72)cm3,对照组患者的肌瘤体积平均值为(18.83+7.45)cm3。结论:桂枝茯苓胶囊联合米非司酮治疗子宫肌瘤是一种有效、不良反应小、方便、安全的治疗方法,值得推广。

Clinical observation of Guizhi Fuling capsules combined with Mifepristone in treatment of 68 cases of hysteromyoma

Objective：To explore the clinical effects of Guizhi Fuling Capsules combined with Mifepristone in treatment of hys-teromyoma. Methods：68 patients with hysteromyoma were randomly divided in two groups. Observation group （ n=34 ） was treated with Guizhi Fuling capsules combined with Mifepristone tablets, while control group （ n=34 ） took single mifepristone tablets treat-ment. All the patients stopped taking these drugs when menstrual onset. Three months later, amenorrhea and menstruation recovery, as well as the hysteromyoma volume size were observed. Results：After the treatment, the hysteromyoma volume sizes of both groups were smaller than those before the treatment, and the differences were statistically significant （P〈0. 05）. 3 months after the treatment, the decreased size of the hysteromyoma volume of observation group was significantly greater than that of control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0. 05）. After the treatment, the mean myoma volumes of observation group and control group were （11. 3＋4. 72） cm3 and （18. 83＋7. 45） cm3, respectively. Conclusions： Guizhi Fuling capsules combined with Mifepristone in the treatment of hysteromyoma is an effective, convenient and safe method with fewer side effects, and it is worth promoting.
