| 摘 要： | 创新贫困地区农村基层党组织建设工作,事关农村改革发展大局,事关农村基层政权稳定牢固。深入分析经济贫困地区农村基层党组织建设的制约因素,探讨并提出适合农村基层党建工作的思路与对策,以期充分发挥农村党组织的"领头羊"作用,为促进农村经济发展提供坚实的组织和政治保障作用。

| Abstract: | The innovative construction of a harmonious society , the reform and development issue , and the fun-damental regime stability in rural areas are subject to the innovation of our party organizations ’ fundamental con-struction.This paper focuses on the constraints of party organizations ’ to poverty alleviation and development in poor rural areas , and puts forward some practical thoughts and measures .The party organization ’ s role as a“leader” reaches its full potential ,and the fighting force and cohesiveness is also strengthened in order to promote rural economic growth and provide it with strong organizational and political security which particularly seems more urgent and important . |
