摘    要:回转式空气预热器是大型电站锅炉广泛采用的尾部换热设备,空气预热器的性能对锅炉机组的效率有很大影响。通过对回转式空气预热器在运行过程中常见的问题进行分析,提出了提高空气预热器整体性能的方案,并针对这些问题,总结分析并提出了对策,对提高空气预热器的性能具有指导性的意义。

Abstract:Rotary air preheater is widely used in good-sized power station boilers as tail unit equipment. The performance of air preheater has much effect on the whole efficiency of the utility. This paper, which analyzes some common problems during the running course of air preheater, puts forward methods for improving the performance of air preheater. Some measures which can resolve the problems are analyzed. The principle will guide the improvement of performance for air prebeater.
