神经电刺激治疗慢性疼痛研究进展

神经电刺激因对慢性疼痛有良好的治疗效果,而被广泛用于临床。现在常用的神经电刺激方法有经皮神经电刺激、外周神经刺激、深部脑刺激、脊髓电刺激、经皮脊髓电刺激和运动皮质刺激。每种电刺激又各具特点,它们为那些其他治疗无效的或因疼痛而致残的患者带来新的曙光。本文就其现状和进展作一综述,并对各种方法比较其利弊。

ADVANCES IN THE RESEARCH ON NERVOUS ELECTRICAL STIMULATION CURING CHRONIC PAIN

Nervous electrical stimulation can cure chronic pain effectively, which is being extensively applied clinically. At present, the common methods of nervous electrical stimulation include transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation, peripheral nerve stimulation, deep brain stimulation, spinal cord stimulation, transcutaneous spinal electroanalgesia and motor cortex stimulation. Each has its merits. They bring a glimmer of hope for patients who are suffering incurable or disabling pain. This article reviews the current conditions and advances of nervous electrical stimulation, and compares the advantages and disadvantages between different methods.
