石家庄市大学生无偿献血知识认知状况及影响因素调查

摘要目的：了解河北省石家庄市大学生无偿献血知识认知状况。方法：采用多阶段分层整群随机抽样的方法，对河北省石家庄市大学生进行问卷调查，共发放问卷985份，收回798份，有效率为81．0％。结果：76．8％的大学生虽然具有较好的献血认知水平，但只有14．2％参加过自愿无偿献血。医学专业的学生认知水平高于其他学科的学生（X2=17．429，P=0．000），大学生献血的主要原因是为了获得荣誉和赞美（n=46，40．7％）；而没有献血的主要原因是因为家人不支持（n=233，34．O％）。结论：大学生献血认知水平较高，但还缺乏对无偿献血深层次的认识。因此，采供血机构需要进一步研究和创新献血宣传模式，以及制定献血者招募策略，以促使更多的大学生加入到献血队伍中来。

Survey of Cognitive Situation of Blood Donation without Compensation on College Students in ShiJiazhuang of Hebei Province

Objective： To understand cognitive situation of blood donation without compensation on college students in Shijiazhuang city, Hebei province. Methods： The college students in Shijiazhuang selected by stratified random sampling were conducted a questionnaire survey a- bout blood donation without compensation, 985 of which were issued and 798 were taken back, the effective rate was 81%. Results： 76.8% of college students had good blood donation cognitive level, while only 14.2% participated in voluntary unpaid blood donation. Medical student cognitive level was higher than that of other subjects（x2 = 17. 429, P = 0. 000）. The main reason for the blood donation were to gain honor and praise （ n = 46,40.7% ） , and family does not support is the main reason for no blood donation （ n = 233,34.0% ）. Conclulsion： College students, whose cognitive level being higher, are lack of deeper understanding to the blood donation withact compensation. Then and centers need to further strengthen blood donation propaganda, so as to encourage more college students to donate blood.
