灾害救援环境下的医学伦理学危机分阶段预防方法探讨

摘要灾害救援工作任务艰巨，但救援资源缺乏则是贯穿整个灾害救援活动的主要问题。如何有效、迅速地组织救援工作，减少人员伤亡，防止急性传染病的发生和流行，这对于参与救援工作的医务人员是亟待解决的医学伦理学要求。本文提出了针对灾害救援特点的医学伦理学危机分阶段预防方法，以提高救援效率。该方法主要包含两个组成部分，即完善救援环境下的医学伦理学概念模型和医学伦理学危机的分阶段预防方法。医学伦理学分阶段预防方法与其他相关研究相比，能够更好的适应救援工作的要求，并能更加有效地针对救援环境动态变化等特点，提高灾害救援工作的质量，减少人员伤亡。

Exploration on Phased Prevention Methods of Ethics Crisis in Disaster Rescue

Disaster rescue is an arduous task, and the shortage of rescue resources is the major problem throughout rescue. It is a medical ethical requirement for the participating medical practitioners to organize rescues effectively and quickly, reduce casualties arid prevent the occur- rence and prevalence of acute contagious disease. This paper proposes a phased prevention method of meofical ethics crisis to alleviate the rescue efficiency, which is designed specifically for disaster rescue environment. The method consists of two parts, namely an ethics crisis conceptual model and a phased crisis prevention workflow. Comparing with related research, the method can meet the requirements of rescue activities and a- dapt to the dynamic changes of rescue activities.
