摘    要:通过对变电站高压室内10 kV开关柜交接试验工作的探讨,确定了影响10 kV开关柜交接试验工作效率的三点主要因素:短路、接地导线简陋,交叉工作人员过多和试验方法设计不当。根据实际情况,提出了三项改进措施:更换标准线夹,制订相关试验制度,设计新的试验方法,使10 kV开关柜交接试验的工作时间大大减少,提高了工作效率。

Abstract:This paper discusses on the commission test of 10kV switchgear in the high voltage room of substations.Three main factors that affect the working efficiency of the commission test of 10kV switchgear are confirmed.The lead used for earth and short circuit is simple and crude.There are many overlapping staff.The testing method is designed improperly.According to the actual situation,three improved measures are proposed,including replacing the naked lead with standard lead clamp,constituting corresponding test system and designing the new testing method.It makes the working time of the commission test of 10kV switchgear reducing greatly,and enhances the working efficiency.
