环己基多硫醚缓蚀剂的合成及性能评价

以硫单质与环己烯为原料,氨水为催化剂,合成了环己基多硫醚,通过元素分析、红外光谱和GC/MS分析技术对产品的结构和组分进行了表征和分析,并利用动态失重法考察了环己基多硫醚的缓蚀性能。结果表明,在浓度为1 000μg/g,缓蚀率最高为49.3%,将环己基多硫醚与磷酸三丁酯复配后,缓蚀效果明显提高,在环己基多硫醚含量为30.35%时,缓蚀率可达98.72%。

Study on synthesis of cyclohexene polysulfide corrosion inhibitor and the corrosion mitigation performance

Cyclohexene polysulfide was synthesized from sulfur and cyclohexene using ammonia as catalyst.The molecular structure and components of the products were characterized by elementary analysis,infrared spectroscopy and GC/MS analysis.The corrosion-inhibiting performance of cyclohexene polysulfide was investigated by dynamic mass-loss method.The results showed that the anti-corrosion rate reached 49.3% when the corrosion inhibitors concentration was 1 000 μg/g.When the cyclohexene polysulfide whose concentration was 30.35%was combined with tributyl phosphate(TBP),the anti-corrosion rate could be up to 98.72%.
