临床护理路径在老年股骨颈骨折患者围手术期的应用

目的 探讨老年股骨颈骨折患者围手术期护理路径的实施效果.方法 将2004年1月～2005年2月在我院住院的80例老年股骨颈骨折患者随机分为观察组和对照组各40例.观察组按指定的护理路径实施护理,对照组仅采用传统的护理方法.结果 观察组并发症发生率、治疗效果、康复知识、技能掌握情况及患者的满意度明显高于对照组.差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 应用临床护理路径实施健康教育在老年股骨颈骨折患者围手术期护理过程中有着积极的意义,保证了护理质量、缩短了平均住院日、提高了患者满意度.

The application of the clinical nursing pathway in the eldly patients with femoral neck fracture

Objective To discuss the effects of the clinical nursing pathway (CNP) in the eldly pa-tients with femoral neck fracture. Methods 80 eldly patients with femoral neck fracture between January 2004 to Feburary 2005 were divided into observation and control groups, observation group was carried out the CNP, con-trol group was carried out the traditional nursing. Results The comptication rate, tratement, rehablitation knowl-edge, skills mastering, satisfaction of observation group were more significantly better than those of control group (P<0.05) . Conclusions CNP can guarantee the quality of nursing, shorten the average hospital stay and im-prove the patients satisfaction.
