齿轮的概率可靠性设计方法研究

摘    要:基于齿轮强度计算标准及应力、强度干涉理论,建立了齿轮的可靠度计算模型,该模型包括了齿轮弯曲疲劳、齿面接触疲劳、齿面胶合的计算模型.同时对齿轮3种主要失效的相关性进行了研究,并就其相关性的可靠度进行了计算,为齿轮的设计、制造、维护提供参考依据.

Abstract:Based on the strength calculation standards for gears,together with the stress and strength interference theories,the reliability calculation models are established,which cover those for gear bending fatigue strength,gear flank contact fatigue strength and flank adhesion.The correlation of 3 main gear failure modes are studied and the reliability of their correlations is also calculated,all these findings can be used as reference for the design,manufacture and maintenance of gears.
