摘    要:穿层压裂水平井是低品位难动用油藏的有效开发方式,为了对穿层压裂水平井各层、各缝的产量进行定量评价,对裂缝的位置进行优化设计,基于穿层压裂水平井的开采机理,运用复势叠加方法,充分考虑薄互层油藏穿层压裂时井筒和缝间干扰,推导出分段、多簇、穿层压裂水平井产能公式,定量计算出主力层和非主力层各段、各簇的产量,并分析了缝间距和簇间距对产能的影响。研究认为簇间距的影响要大于段间距的影响,从理论上阐明了水平井穿层压裂是提高低渗透、薄互层油藏经济效益的有效开发方式。该方法可用于多层分段多簇压裂水平井的产能计算及压裂参数优化设计。

Abstract:Trans-layer fractured horizontal wells are the effective producing method to develop low-grade and difficult-to-develop oil reservoirs, in order to quantitatively evaluate the productivities of each layer and fracture of the wells, the optimal design of the fracture location was conducted, based on the developing mechanism of the trans-layered fractured horizontal wells, with the help of the complex-potential superposing approach and fully considering the interferences among the wellbores and fractures when trans-layer fracturing the thin-interbedded oil reservoir, the productivity formula were derived for the staged, cluster and trans-layer fractured horizontal wells, the productions were quantitatively calculated for each stage and cluster of the main and non-main layers, and moreover the influences of the fracture and cluster intervals were analyzed. The study shows that the influence of the cluster interval is more that that of the fracture and furthermore it is stated clearly that trans-layer fracturing is the effective producing method to enhance the economic returns of low-permeability and thin-interbedded oil reservoirs. The method stated above can be used to calculate the productivity and optimally design the fracturing parameters for the multi-layer staged cluster fractured horizontal wells.
