| 摘 要： | 文中以国道312改扩建工程为背景,介绍了预制装配式桥梁在城市公路中的应用。本项目桥梁不仅上部结构采用预制装配的预应力混凝土小箱梁、钢箱梁和钢混组合梁,下部结构也采用了预制装配式技术,盖梁、墩柱在工厂分段预制,在现场通过吊装拼接形成整体。预制装配式技术的应用为繁忙路段的城市公路桥梁设计与施工提供了新的思路。

| Abstract: | This paper introduces the application of prefabricated bridges in urban highways based on the reconstruction and extension project of National Highway 312.The bridges of this project adopts prefabricated small prestressed concrete box girder,steel box girder and steel-concrete composite beam not only in the superstructure,adopts prefabricated technology but also in the substructure..The cap beams and pier studs are segmental precasted in the factory,and the whole structure is assambled by on-site hoisting and jointing.The application of prefabricated technology provides a new way for the design and construction of urban highway bridges in busy sections. |
