Research into and Practice of Calligraphy Art Education in Regular Colleges and Universities

For the non-calligraphy majors in colleges and universities,the traditional methods of calligraphy teaching faces great challenges and must be improved to meet the need of teaching purposes.This paper puts forward the measures for improvement and innovation from the following five aspects of: 1.putting more emphasis on practice than theory;2.putting more emphasis on form than content;3.putting more emphasis on creation than technique;4.putting more emphasis on exhibition than class;and 5.putting more emphasis on appreciation than usefulness.
