| 摘 要： | SF6（六氟化硫）气体作为一种高效的绝缘灭弧气，在电力行业中的应用越来越广泛，但其高温分解产物有毒（其危害是CO2气体的数千倍）。由于本身是温室气体的特性给使用SF6气体的设备维护和维修带来了不便。通过对国内外各种SF6气体回收处理装置的研究，探讨了SF6断路器的气体回收、填充、干燥、换气、补气的各种工艺，并提出一套SF6气体回收和处理装置的研制方案，设计了全新的SF6回收装置。

| Abstract: | SF6,known as one of the most effective arc blow-out gases,has been widely used in power industry,but the catabolites of SF6 gas are harmful to man.And what's more,it is a greenhouse gas which is thousands times harmer than CO2.So it's a big problem for the SF6 instruments to repair and service.A new program was supplied to deal with the SF6 gas before repairing and maintains after lots of research of other company's machine. |
