| 摘 要： | 对５种组合净水工艺的出水及原水进行Ａｍｅｓ试验，结果显示，生物陶粒能部分去除水中直接致突变有机物，降低原水的ＭＲ比值，ＴＡ９８菌株ＭＲ比值在剂量为１Ｌ／皿水样及０．５Ｌ／皿水样时，分别比原水减少了４０．２％及４１．９％。

| Abstract: | The source water and effluents of five kinds of water purification process were studied by Ames tests,the results show that bioceramic can remove direct mutagens partly,and decline the MR value of the raw water.As the doses were 1L/plate water and 0 5L/plate water,the MR value of TA98 decreased 40 2% and 41 9% from the raw water,respectly.B,C,E processes including units of bioceramic and activated carbon were the most effective to remove direct mutagens from water,the MR values of TA98 and TA100 were below 2 under the tested doses.The molecular weight distribution of organic compounds through various unit of water purification in processes B was detected by membrane filtration,the result shows that the units of process B can supplement each other to remove organic compounds,the total rate of removing organic compounds of different molecular weight was over 77%. |
