探讨多囊卵巢综合征与高泌乳素血症的关系

目的：10%~15%多囊卵巢综合征（polycystics ovary syndrome,PCOS）患者患高泌乳素血症（hyperprolactinemia,HPRL）。但是PCOS与HPRL之间是否有共同的发病机制或内在联系呢,目前尚存在一定的争议。因此本研究对PCOS患者HPRL的患病率、病因学及关系进行了探讨。方法：对2007年10月至2010年12月就诊于西安市第四医院生殖医学中心及妇科门诊的281例PCOS患者及同期的235名育龄期妇女进行了性激素的测定。结果：①PCOS患者PRL浓度为（｜25.10±14.01）ng/ml,略高于对照组的（24.90±13.10）ng/ml,但是差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;②16.73%PCOS患者有HPRL,略高于对照组的16.17%（38/235）,但是差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;③HPRL及非HPRL两组PCOS患者体重指数、黄体生成素/卵泡刺激素、睾酮之间无显著差异（P〉0.05）。结论：PRL升高并不是PCOS的主要症状。

Polycystics ovary syndrome and hyperprolactinemia

Objective:Hyperprolactinemia(HPRL) was complicated with polycystics ovary syndrome(PCOS).The aim of the present study were to investigate the incidence and the cause of HPRL in women with PCOS.Methods: From Oct 2007 to Dec 2010,retrospective analysis was performed in 281 PCOS women and 235 control women of childbearing age come from the reproductive medical center of the forth hospital in Xian city,in which follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),luteinizing Hormone(LH),prolactin(PRL),estradiol(E2) and testosterone(T) was respectively measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay.Results: ①The average PRL level was(25.10±14.01) ng/ml which was not statistical difference compared with the that of the control group(24.90±13.10) ng/ml;②The prevalence of HPRL was slight higher in PCOS than that of control women(16.73% vs 16.17%,P>0.05);③Body mass index(BMI),LH/FSH and T were not statistical difference in HPRL and not-HPRL group(P>0.05).Conclusion: Hyperprolactinemia is not a clinical manifestation of PCOS.
