Bennett骨折两种方法治疗的疗效

目的：观察改良经皮克氏针内固定和切开复位螺丝钉内固定治疗Bennett骨折的临床疗效。方法：采用以上两种内固定治疗Bennett骨折各16例，术中骨折复位良好，克氏针组术后石膏外固定6周，2组去除内固定后，均积极功能锻炼。结果：2个月复查均达一期愈合，检测表明两种治疗方法对患指活动的总优秀率最终均达87．5％。结论：两种治疗方法可以获得相同的疗效。

Clinical Efficacy of Two Treatments for Bennett Fracture

Objective： To investigate the clinical efficacy for Bennett fracture using modified percutaneous Krischner wire fixation vs open reduction and screw internal fixation. Methods： Each of 16 patients with Bennett fracture were treated by the above internal fixation, respectively. All fractures were well reduced. Patients with Kirschner wire fixation were given a 6-week plaster external fixation after the operation. The both groups received aggressive functional exercises after removal of the fixation. Results：All cases obtained primary healing at 2-months post-operation. Follow-up checkups revealed that 87. 5% of patients achieved excellent motion range of fingers. Conclusion：Bennett fracture treated by these two methods can be equally effective.
