摘    要:随着分布式能源的快速发展,电力系统发电侧呈现出分散式的发电模式,负荷侧由于电动汽车的快速推广使得系统负荷快速增加,但分布式发电及电动汽车、储能、可控负荷等分布式能源作为独立个体,规模小、布局分散,导致经济性不能得到保障,为此虚拟电厂的概念应运而生。本文全面分析了虚拟电厂的概念、作用、技术架构,并提出了虚拟电厂亟需解决的问题以及物联网、区块链及人工智能等新技术在虚拟电厂领域的适用性,为各地开展虚拟电厂建设提供参考。

Abstract:With the rapid development of distributed energy,the power generation side of the power system presents a decentralized power generation mode.On the load side,the system load increases rapidly due to the rapid promotion of electric vehicles.However,distributed energy sources such as distributed power generations and electric vehicles,energy storages,and controllable loads,as independent individuals,have characteristics of small scale and scattered distribution,which makes it impossible to guarantee economy.For this reason,the concept of virtual power plant came into being.the concept,function,and technical architecture of virtual power plant are comprehensively analyzed in this paper.The problems that virtual power plant urgently needs to solve and the applicability of new technologies such as Internet of Things,blockchain and artificial intelligence in the field of virtual power plant are proposed which provide reference for the construction of virtual power plant.
