周继友治疗脂肪肝经验撷菁

脂肪肝以肝细胞脂肪过度贮积和脂肪变性为特征,发病缓慢,常无明显症状。周继友教授谨守脂肪肝痰湿内停、脂浊积聚、瘀阻肝络的病因病机,立足于整体,坚持辨证与辨病相结合,强调肝胆脾胃同治,采用疏肝利胆、健脾化痰、条畅气机、活血散结等治疗方法,遣方多以柴胡疏肝散、温胆汤合方化裁,用药精专,并随症加减,取得了满意的临床疗效。

ZHOU Jiyou's Experience in Treating Fatty Liver Disease

Fatty liver is characterized by over accumulation of liver cell fat and steatosis with slow onset and without obvious symptoms.Internal stoppage of phlegm and dampness,lipid accumulation and blood stasis of liver are pathogenesis of fatty liver.Professor ZHOU seized this pathogenesis and insisted on the combination of syndrome differentiation and disease differentiation as a whole.Liver,gallbladder,spleen and stomach were treated simultaneously.He used many methods of treatment,such as dispersing stagnated liver qi for promoting bile flow,resolving phlegm by tonifying spleen,regulating qi activity,promoting blood circulation to remove stasis.His formulas were based on Chaihu shugan powder and Wendan decoction and modified from symptoms,so satisfactory clinical effects were achieved.
