风药干预肿瘤微环境异质性探析

肿瘤的病机是正虚阴阳失调,津液代谢异常,痰湿内结,气血瘀滞,痰瘀交阻,癌毒乃成。痰浊是对肿瘤微环境异质性的中医学概括,津液失于气的运化聚而成痰,痰浊须温化流动而散,故中医临床治疗肿瘤多配伍风药。为进一步究其原理,在分析风药味薄性升散、属阳善动的基础上,从其行气助阳、化阴除弊、消积散邪以除痰浊等作用改善微环境异质性方面进行初步理论探讨。

Analysis on Wind-dispelling Medicine Intervening Microenvironmental Heterogeneity of Tumor

The pathogenesis of tumor include:the deficient healthy qi,imbalance between yin and yang,metabolic disturbance of body fluids,internal accumulation of phlegm and dampness,qi stagnation and blood stasis,accumulation of phlegm and blood stasis causing cancerous toxins.Phlegm turbidity is the highly generalization of tumor microenvironment heterogeneity.Failure of body fluids to be transported and transformed by qi accumulate into phlegm which should be dispersed by warming so the wind-dispelling medicine often used in TCM clinical treatment of tumors,because wind-dispelling medicine with thin taste has ascending and dispersing features,pertaining to yang and mobility.This paper discussed the changes of the microenvironmental heterogeneity from promoting qi circulation and assisting yang,resolving yin,dissolving the accumulation and dispelling the pathogens to eliminate the phlegm turbidity.
