重庆市渝北体育馆弦支穹顶结构预应力施工技术研究

摘    要:渝北体育馆屋盖的结构形式采用弦支穹顶结构,平面形状近似为倒圆角的三角形平面,结构形式新颖,预应力施工难度大.本文详细介绍了该工程的预应力施工技术方案,重点分析了五个方面的关键技术:钢索下料及撑杆偏移确定的方法、施工仿真计算分析、拉索布置及安装、拉索张拉以及施工监测.本工程采用张拉径向拉杆施加预应力,张拉过程中采取分级对称张拉的方法.对施工过程进行了详细的仿真计算分析,并根据实际得到的结构竖向位移、部分钢结构应力监测结果,进一步证明了张拉方案的合理性.本文所提出的预应力施工技术为类似的弦支穹顶结构预应力施工提供借鉴.

Abstract:The suspend-dome structure is used for the Yubei gymnasium.The plane shape is approximation for rounded triangular.The structure is new and the prestress construction is difficult.Therefore the research on prestressing construction technology is carried out.The prestressed construction technology of gymnasium is introduced in detail.The supporting joints are briefly introduced.Five aspects of the key prestressing construction technology are analyzed on emphasis.They mainly includes the determination of length cable and pole shift,construction simulation analysis,collocation and installation of cables,cable tension,and construction monitoring.According to the characteristic of structure,the radial pole is prestressed in the way of symmetry and classification.The construction simulation and construction monitoring are carried out in course of prestressing construction.The tension scheme is proved of rationality from the monitoring result.The prestressed construction technology of this project can be referenced by other similar projects.
