| 摘 要： | 洪水保险是一项重要的非工程防洪措施。我国保险业目前没有单独设置洪水保险条款，洪水保险一直依附于企财、家财等险种，其费率按火灾危险等级来确定，没有考虑洪水风险因素。洪水保险费率、洪水保险经营、风险及实施对策的研究成果，将为洪水保险工作的开展提供可靠依据。

| Abstract: | Flood insurance is one of the important non engineering measures to control flood.But now the flood insurance in China is attached to the enterprise property insurance and the family property insurance.Since there are no particular rules for it,the premium rates are determined according to the risk of fire,without consideration of the risk of flood.The outcome of this study may provide a reliable base for the development of flood insurance. |
