芹菜中噻嗪酮农药残留检测的不确定度分析

摘    要:针对蔬菜中噻嗪酮残留的检测,采用高效液相色谱分析,研究了该方法的不确定度来源和结果的扩展不确定度。结果表明,农残提取、检测、外标曲线和分析仪器对噻嗪酮残留结果产生的相对不确定度分量分别为0.000 6、0.005 9、0.002 1和0.011 9,合成标准不确定度为0.013 5,噻嗪酮农残的扩展不确定度为0.013μg·g-1(k=2),噻嗪酮残留量可以表示为(0.487±0.013)μg·g-1。4个不确定度分量中分析仪器对结果的影响最大,样品检测的影响其次。高效液相色谱法检测蔬菜中噻嗪酮残留量的结果可靠。

Uncertainty analysis of buprofezin pesticide residues detection in celery

Abstract:This paper studies the uncertainty source and expanded uncertainty of result by HPLC analysis in detection of buprofezin residues in vegetables. The result shows that the relative uncertainty component of pesticide residues draw, detection,external standard curve and analytical instrument on buprofezin residues are respectively 0. 000 6,0.005 9,0.002 1 and 0.011 9 ,the uncertainty of combined standard is 0. 013 5 ,the expanded uncertainty of buprofezin residues is 0.013μg·g^-1 (k=2), the buprofezin residual quantity can be expressed as (0.487±0. 013) μg·g^-1. Of the four uncertainty components, the analytical instrument has the largest impact on the result, and the sample detection is in the second place. The result of HPLC analysis on detecting the buprofezin residues in vegetables is reliable.
