电子鼻在珍珠粉品牌区分及真假辨别中的应用

摘    要:利用电子鼻技术对珍珠粉进行了辨别。通过考察电子鼻对珍珠粉的传感响应,并结合主成分分析法(PCA)和判别因子分析法(DFA)对数据结果进行处理,探讨了电子鼻在珍珠粉鉴别中的应用。研究结果表明电子鼻可分别准确辨别六种品牌的珍珠粉。

Abstract:The application of electronic nose to discrimination of pearl powder was described.This method was based on sensing response of electronic nose to pearl po wder,combined with principal component analysis(PCA) and discriminant factor analysis(DFA) on the data processing.The results indicated that electronic nose showed good ability on true and false pearl powderdiscriminating and six brands of pearl powder from fakes.
