北京地区花生病毒病防治研究

摘    要:应用无毒花生种子防治黄瓜花叶病毒(CMV)和花生轻斑驳病毒(PMMV)效果显著,在与大田毒源花生隔离500米条件下基本控制住两种病毒病发生。覆膜栽培有减轻两种病毒病特别是CMV引起的黄花叶病毒病的效果。在病区大面积隔离繁殖无CMV病毒种子获得成功,应用无CMV病毒种子和覆膜栽培示范获得显著防病效果。34个花生栽培品种和资源材料田间抗性鉴定,未发现有抗性品种和材料。

Abstract:Field trials conducted in Miyun County,Beijing in 1985-1988 showed that application of the virus-free peanut seeds was an effective measure for control of both cucumber mosaic virus(CMV) and peanut mild mottle virus(PMMV).Production of CMV-free peanut seeds in 33 ha.of peanut fields was successful in a village,Miyun County sepa-rated five kilometers from commercial peanut fields in 1987 from where the CMV-free peanut seeds were supplied for planting 330 ha.of pea-nut fields in 1988.Application of plastic film-mulch reduced the inci-dence of CMV-infected peanut plants.Chemical control of aphid decreased CMV incidence in the early stage of the disease development.No resistance to CMV and PMMV was found among 34 peanut cultivars and germplasm lines tested in the fields.
