摘    要:利用三维CAD软件进行设计是当前注射模设计的发展趋势。实行注射模三维设计,其设计结果更加直观,设计准确性更高,大大降低了模具的开发成本。本文以电器插座为例,阐明了利用Pro/E软件完成注射模设计的一般过程,以及在设计过程中可以采用的诸多技巧,对典型的注射模设计具有较强的指导意义。

Design of Injection Mold for the Electrical Outlet Based on Pro/E
Abstract:Designing an injection mold with 3D-CAD software is the current trend.With help of 3D software tools,the mold components become more transparent and more precise,therefore the cost of mold development can be reduced substantially by applying 3D-CAD software.In this paper,taking the design of electrical outlet for an example,we expound the general process of designing injection molds as well as some techniques that could be taken during the process,which is helpful for development of a typical kind of injection mold.
