| 摘 要： | 以油脂为原料,对长碳链环氧树脂的合成工艺进行了研究,探讨了合成反应条件对环氧树脂性能的影响。合成可挠性环氧树脂的最佳工艺条件为:反应温度 125℃,时间 2 h,催化剂用量 0.2%。制得的环氧树脂胶黏剂的性能及刷鬃结合强度达到相关企业标准。

| Abstract: | The synthesis technology of longchain epoxy resins from oils was studied. The influence of the synthesis conditions on the properties of epoxy resins was discussed. The optimal conditions for synthesis of flexible epoxy resins were:reaction temperature 125℃, time 2 h, amount of catalyst 0.2%. The properties of prepared epoxy resin adhesive and bonding strength of brush meet the requirements of the company standard. |
