摘    要:绳锯机是开采和加工石材板料的一种重要工艺装备,绳锯机进给系统直接影响到整机功能.基于进给系统的运动学和动力学分析,以功能和强度要求为约束条件,以轻量化为目标,运用SUMT非线性规划,实现最佳设计——采用具有低速、大扭矩特点的摆线液压马达,通过蜗杆减速器,驱动滚珠丝杠,实现整个循环系统的上下运动;根据优化结果,确定了进给系统的核心部件一滚珠丝杠的结构尺寸,从而保证进给系统和整机功能的实现.

Abstract:Rope saw machine is a kind of important stone mining and processing equipment for sheet. Wire sawing machine feeding system directly affects the machine function. Based on the kinematics and dynamics analysis of the feed system to function and strength requirements as constraint conditions, nonlinear programming of SUMY is t, sed to realize the hest lightweight design. A low speed and high torque cycloid hydraulic motor, worm reducer, the ball screw, are used to realize the up and down movement of the whole circulation system. Meanwhile according to the optimal resuhs, the appropriate structure size of the ball screw components are selected and determined for ensuring the feeding and the machine function.
