摘    要:本文叙述的尿素生产方法,是作者总结了尿素基础理论和生产实践经验之后新开发的一种低能耗尿素生产工艺流程。它与国内业已引进的各种气提法尿素生产先进工艺流程相比,在节能降耗、减轻设备腐蚀和改善环境等目标上同样可以达到技术进步的目的,而该法的(界区内)硬件投资却与同规模全循环法不相上下。该新流程阐述的全部技术论点和细节,已分别在国内大中小型尿素装置中付诸实施,并通过多年实际运行证实其确实有效。

Abstract:This is a newly-developed urea process based on the author's summarization of basic theory and practical experience in urea production. Compared with other advanced imported urea processes with stripping technology, it possesses the advantage of attaining the same goals, such as low energy, low consumption as well as atneliorationg the equipment corrosion and environment pollution, but with the hardware investment equivalent to that of total recycle process with the same capacity one. All the technical essentials and particulars of the new process have been individually put into effect and proved by large, middle and small urea plants at home country for many years.
