A new low energy urea process-concurrently as a talking about the modifications of urea plant with total recycle process

This is a newly-developed urea process based on the author's summarization of basic theory and practical experience in urea production. Compared with other advanced imported urea processes with stripping technology, it possesses the advantage of attaining the same goals, such as low energy, low consumption as well as atneliorationg the equipment corrosion and environment pollution, but with the hardware investment equivalent to that of total recycle process with the same capacity one. All the technical essentials and particulars of the new process have been individually put into effect and proved by large, middle and small urea plants at home country for many years.
