氨汽提尿素装置缩二脲超标原因探讨

摘    要:贵州赤天化氨汽提尿素装置由于长期低负荷运行,造成缩二脲严重超标,为了找到解决办法,结合中盐安徽红四方尿素装置运行情况,总结分析了氨汽提尿素装置里影响缩二脲的主要原因,并针对赤天化尿素装置缩二脲超标问题,提出了建议解决思路。

Abstract:Guizhou Chitianhua Urea Plant was in underload over a long period,which lead over-standard of Bi concentration.In order to find out the countermeasures,the main reason of affecting Bi in ammonia stripping pracess was analyzed based on the device operation of Hongsifang Urea Plant.Some suggestions were proposed to solve the over-standard of Bi in ChiTianHua Urea Plant.
