| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨大肠癌hMLH1蛋白表达与5-氟尿嘧啶(5-Fu)敏感性的关系。方法:应用流式细胞术测定大肠癌hMLH1蛋白表达,用体外肿瘤药物敏感实验(MTT法)检测大肠癌细胞对5-Fu敏感性,并分析hMLH1蛋白表达与大肠癌细胞对5-Fu敏感性的关系。结果:大肠癌hMLH1蛋白阳性和阴性之间5-Fu敏感性存在显著性差异(χ2=5.97,P<0.05)。结论:临床标本中hMLH1蛋白表达缺失与大肠癌细胞对5-Fu耐药密切相关。

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the correlation of hMLH1 protein expression and sensitivity of 5-fluorouracil(5-Fu) in colorectal cancer.Methods: Flow cytometry was used to detect the expression of hMLH1 in colorectal cancer and the sensitivity of 5-fluorouracil was measured by MTT test method.Results: The hMLH1 positive cancer was more sensitive to 5-fluorouracil than hMLH1 negative tumor(χ~(2)=5.97,P<0.05).Conclusion: A lack of hMLH1 expression may play a role in 5-fluorouracil resistance in colorectal cancer. |
