关于狂犬疫苗全程接种后失败因素的调查分析

目的为提高狂犬疫苗接种的成功率,对2007年在苏州市疾控接种狂犬疫苗失败的人群进行调查分析,探讨影响狂犬疫苗接种的各种因素。方法设计调查表,采用统一发放有效问卷的方式,对抗体阴性的人群进行问卷调查。结果年龄增大,疫苗接种效果下降;男女社会角色不同,持续劳累,饮食,药物都会对疫苗的接种产生不同程度的影响。结论影响狂犬疫苗成功接种的因素多而复杂,预防狂犬病的发生应从多方面着手。

Survey on Factors of the People Who Inoculated Hydrophobia Vaccine but Failed.

Objective To send up the success rate of inoculating hydrophobia vaccine,we investigated and analyzed people who inoculated at Suzhou CDC in 2007 but failed.Methods We designed investigation table and gave them to the people whose antibody level were too low and had investigation.Results Many factors that the age,the difference of sex in the society,the diet,the medication,and fatigue in long time all can have impact on the inoculating effect.Conclusion Many factors impact synthetically on the effect of hydrophobia vaccine,so hydrophobia prevention must be from all the aspects.
