去胆管及去门静脉肝叶肝细胞功能分化的研究

摘    要:目的 观察胆管结扎及门静脉结扎后肝细胞形态及功能分化现象,探讨去胆管及去门静脉肝叶的保留价值.方法 应用氰基丙烯酸酯对仅保留两个肝叶的大鼠行一叶胆道栓塞并结扎,另一肝叶行门静脉结扎,进行分肝静脉血化验检查、组织病理及超微结构观察.结果 去胆管肝叶形态及糖原染色变化不大,分肝静脉血白蛋白(30.9±1.8)g/L与对照组(31.9±2.0)g/,L比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).去门脉肝叶萎缩明显,但血胆红素指标维持正常,与未处理对照组比较(7.7±3.2)比(8.7±2.3)μmol/L]差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 去胆管肝叶在观察期内无明显萎缩,仍保留有蛋白质合成分泌等功能;去门脉肝叶肝细胞能够承担胆汁代谢功能.

An experimental study on bile duct deprived and portal vein deprived hepatic cell functional differentiation
Abstract:Objective To investigate the reservation value of bile duct deprived hepatic lobe by a self-control study on a rat model of one lateral hepatic lobe bile duct embolization and ligation, with the opposite lobe portal vein ligation. Methods Cyanoacrylate was employed as an embolization agent injected into the right hepatic bile duct with a ligation ,while the branch portal vein of the quadrate lobe was ligated two weeks after the left and caudate lobe removed. The split liver function test and hepatic histopathological study and its ultrastructural changes were recorded. Results There were no significant differences in morphological changes, glycogen staining and serum albumin levels between the bile duct deprived hepatic lobe and the undisposed blank control lobe serum albumin (30.9±1.8) g/L vs (31.9±2.0) g/L,P >0.05]. Portal vein deprived lobe showed morphological atrophy and a lower level protein synthesis but maintained the normal concentration of serum bilirubin split hepatic vein serum total bilirubin (7.7±3.2) vs (8.7±2.3 ) μ.mol/L, P > 0.05]. Conclusiou Hepatic duct deprived liver lobe remains most liver function such as protein synthesis and nutrition metabolism and shows no atrophy during the observation period. Portal vein deprived lobe can implement bile excretion to some extent.
