| 摘 要： | 建材价格是影响房屋造价的重要因素，根据我国建设项目中费用组成比例及材料价格管理的现状出发，提出了建材的成本控制与风险管理的措施和方法，探讨在保证质量的同时如何有效降低房屋造价，以期对保障性住宅的建材成本管理进行一些探索。

| Abstract: | The price of construction materials weighs much in the general cost of a house. Starting from the management over the constitutional proportion of cost and the price of the materials in domestic construction projects, this article comes up with measures and methods of cost control and risk management of construction material, and probes into the ways of effectively lowering building cost without cutting anything short in the quality, aiming at exploring some new ideas and measures of management over construction cost of welfare-oriented housing. |
