针织床上用品抗起毛起球性能研究

摘    要:针织床上用品的亲肤性和使用舒适性远超传统机织床上用品,但其抗起毛起球性能却较为逊色,限制了它的发展。为深入分析影响针织床上用品抗起毛起球性能的因素,改善针织床上用品的抗起毛起球性能,编织了11种不同棉型针织床上用品面料,测试基本结构参数,并运用SPSS软件对其基本结构参数和抗起毛起球性的关系进行了定性和定量的分析。结果显示:纬平针和双罗纹针织床上用品面料的起毛起球等级与织物总密度呈显著正线性相关关系。在将织物总密度作为协变量时,针织床上用品面料的组织结构变动对织物正面起毛起球等级产生了显著影响。

Abstract:The skin-friendly property and comfort of knitted bedding far exceed those of traditional woven bedding,but its pilling resistance performance is inferior,which limits its development. In order to further analyze the factors affecting the pilling resistance performance of knitted bedding and improve the pilling resistance performance of knitted bedding,11 kinds of different knitted beddings were woven and the basic structural parameters were tested. The SPSS software was used to qualitatively and quantitatively analyze the relationship between basic structural parameters of knitted bedding pilling grade.The results show that there is a significant positive linear correlation between the pilling grade of the weft flat & double ribbed knitted bedding fabrics and the total fabric density. When the total fabric density is used as a covariate,the structural change of the knitted bedding fabric has a significant effect on the front fluffing and pilling grade of the fabric.
